An immersive breathwork & embodiment experience with a live DJ set

Friday night. While the rest of the city goes out – come in.
Breath in Sound: Cosmic Love is a curated 2-hour experience of breathwork, embodiment and live electronic music — designed not just to move you, but to open you.
The experience: We open with a special attunement practice — a somatic ritual to arrive fully, together.
From there, breathwork guided live through a DJ set, where music becomes the architecture of the journey.
We close slowly by journaling, sharing and grounding what’s been opened.
What is Cosmic Love? Self-compassion without trying. The feeling of belonging to yourself, to others, to something larger than both. Breath takes you there faster than thought ever could.
This is for you if: You’ve been running on output: giving, doing, performing. You feel the gap between who you are and how you’ve been showing up. You’re craving depth, warmth and softness. You want to feel held.
What you leave with: A heart with more room in it. The feeling of being held by sound, by breath, by the people in the room. Something warm that stays.

What Breathwork is
A gentle, guided practice to reconnect with yourself
Breathwork is a guided practice combining breathing, music, and presence. It helps you reconnect with your body, your emotions, and your inner clarity.
Who this is for
- You ask yourself questions like: What do I really want? Am I moving in the right direction? How can I improve my relationships? What am I afraid of? How to feel stable in a constantly changing world
- You notice repeating situations in your life and haven’t found a way out yet
- You can’t find answers to your fundamental questions
- You already practice a lot but feel like you’ve hit a ‘ceiling’
- Or you simply want to relax, release tension, and unwind

Frequently Asked Questions
Breathwork is an intense and deep breathing practice that can give access to the unconscious and may be accompanied by both physical and emotional responses.
Does this practice have any health restrictions?
Breathwork is suitable for most people, but if you have serious medical conditions, check with your doctor whether this practice is safe for you.
But I don’t recommend breathwork if you have any of the following:
- Respiratory disease.
- Cardiovascular diseases
- Cancer
- Glaucoma or retinal detachment
- Diagnosed mental illnesses
- Inflammatory conditions
- Epilepsy
- Pregnancy or breastfeeding
How long does the practice last?
The breathwork session itself lasts around 40–45 minutes, with introduction and closing, the whole session usually takes 1.5–2 hours.
What do I need for the practice?
For online sessions: a quiet and comfortable space where you can practice easily. Prepare a blanket and socks, comfortable clothing, a notebook and pen for notes, and a bottle of water or another drink. Inform relatives, children, partners, and pets 🐾 so you won’t be disturbed.
For in-person sessions: just come as you are. Clothing should be comfortable and allow you to feel relaxed and at ease.
Can children practice?
No. Breathwork is for adults 18 years and older.
